We want you to be completely satisfied with your E-RACER™ purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS
We will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Return shipping methods and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs.

SALE ITEMS
Sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind. All sale purchases are final.

DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@espracingteam.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will work toward a satisfactory resolution.
